Reema Zeineldin
Dr. Reema Zeineldin offers her expertise, as a leader of color in higher education, in presenting and designing workshops that are relevant to diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice in faculty affairs (including recruitment, hiring, promotion, tenure, retention, and career success) and in planning transition to full-time leadership positions. She has 12 years of experience in faculty development with 8 years in faculty affairs. She is experienced in institutions of higher education that fall under different Carnegie Classifications including small or large, research-intensive or teaching-focused, and public or private institutions.

Tessa Andrews is an Associate Professor in the Department of Genetics at the University of Georgia. She is trained as an evolutionary biologist and an education researcher, and runs a research group focused on change in STEM higher education. She has expertise in change theory, practical approaches to systemic change, departmental change, and teacher expertise.
