Short Personal Bio

Tessa Andrews is an Associate Professor in the Department of Genetics at the University of Georgia. She is trained as an evolutionary biologist and an education researcher, and runs a research group focused on change in STEM higher education. She has expertise in change theory, practical approaches to systemic change, departmental change, and teacher expertise.
