Reema Zeineldin
Dr. Reema Zeineldin offers her expertise, as a leader of color in higher education, in presenting and designing workshops that are relevant to diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice in faculty affairs (including recruitment, hiring, promotion, tenure, retention, and career success) and in planning transition to full-time leadership positions. Dr. Rachel L. Renbarger (@Dr_Rachel_Ren) is a former high school English, creative writing, and psychology teacher in rural America. With her PhD in Educational Psychology, her research interests include best practices in providing supports for high-achieving and underserved student groups in K-12 and postsecondary settings (i.e., first-generation, low-income, Black, Latinx) using asset-based frameworks. Additionally, she performs evaluations of programs related to faculty and student programs within educational settings. She is proficient in qualitative, qualitative, and mixed methods research designs.

As a former faculty member turned non-profit DEI director for a women-in-tech advocacy organization, I excel in smoothly moving audiences through tough, but necessary learning and unlearning processes.
