CTI provides information and resources for faculty members to document their teaching and provides consultations to departments/colleges using peer review of teaching as part of promotion and/or tenure review. Resources include (but are not limited to) guidance on how to document teaching practice with a teaching portfolio, links to request teaching observation (by peers, members of CTI staff), and strategies to assess student learning, and garner student feedback to faculty teaching approaches.
