I am co-director of a large institutional change project focused on undergraduate student success. I have also developed and led multiple professional learning communities focused on leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and teaching and learning.

I see the mix of network members as an incredible resource and inspiration for my own work -- being able to tap into the experience and expertise of this group will deepen my own ability to conduct research and to implement change initiatives.

I bring an organizational change and higher education research perspective to the work, which I have found offers a valuable set of questions, theories, and understanding to collaborative teams.
