  • Working groups convene in breakout spaces (see above) to determine 3-5 potential outcomes (for a 1-2 year time scale) and develop a mission statement. As part of this discussion, consider, what outcomes do you hope will happen in another group (and so you will NOT address)? What is possible, and what are people willing to do?
