Each ASCN working group meets regularly to discuss ideas, events, and more. These working group meetings are open to all of their working group members. To become a member of a working group, you can fill out the Join ASCN form.

When you are added to a working group, you will begin receiving email reminders, updates, and calendar invitations with Zoom link information for the working group. Most working group members use the calendar invitation to join meetings. If you are already a member of a working group and need to be re-added to the calendar invitation, reach out to us at cricpe-ascn@wmich.edu.

You can also access the meeting and meeting notes by logging in to the member portal:

  1. Make sure you are logged into your account on the ASCN website.
  2. At the time of the meeting, go to that working group page.
  3. Click on the black "Private Workspace" button in the top right of the page.
  4. At the top of the page you will find the Zoom information for all of the working group meetings.

Within the private workspace you will also be able to find meeting notes and other important documents. If you have questions about a specific working group, please contact the working group leaders; their emails are available on their working group pages.
