Prior Organizational Change Work

Most of my academic career has been working on issues of promoting change in higher education. I enjoy working with theories and models of change. I have also recently begun putting theories into practice as part of a large-scale project at my institution.

How ASCN Can Contribute to my Work

One of the purposes of ASCN is to bring together researchers and change agents to accelerate knowledge development. I expect to learn a lot from the discussions and ASCN working groups.

I am one of the PIs for the ASCN project.
