Institute Details
The institute will begin at 2:00p.m. sharp on June 13 and end at 2:00p.m. on June 15. All of the workshop activities will take place at the AT&T Executive Education and Conference Center on the University of Texas at Austin campus.
Opening Activities
If you cannot travel on Thursday in time to arrive for the opening at 2:00p.m., please plan to travel on Wednesday.
Travel
Participants are responsible for their travel to and from the institute.
Travel by Air
Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is the Austin airport. We recommend arriving no later than 12:30p.m. on June 13, and departing after 5:00p.m. on June 15, because travel to and from the airport can take 30 minutes or more.
Ground Transportation
The AT&T Center does not offer a shuttle service from the airport.

Driving directions:
Take From the airport take TX-71 West, use the right two lanes to take the ramp onto US-183N/ S Hwy 183, use the middle lane to continue on Airport Blvd, keep right to say on Airport Blvd. Turn left on E. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Continue for 2.2 miles and the AT&T Center will be on your right.

The hotel for the institute is the AT&T Executive Education Hotel and Conference Center
Meals
Breakfast and lunch will be covered by the Institute. Dinners on your own.
