Carleton College seeks a STEM Program Manager to support Carleton's new Integrated Science Center, scheduled to open fall 2019. The responsibilities of the STEM Program Manager will include implementing STEM-wide programs and events, acting as liaison with other Carleton departments and offices on behalf of the STEM departments, managing the use of the shared programmatic spaces in the new facility, and supporting the work of the STEM Director and STEM Board in cross-disciplinary initiatives.

Carleton's Integrated Science Center will draw together three buildings and house programming to support our goal of leveraging this new space to build community and foster collaboration across STEM fields and with other disciplines. Before renovations are complete, the Program Manager will help departments and facilities coordinate the transition to new spaces. This is a new full-time year-round staff position.

The successful candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline, excellent written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, and experience managing multiple stakeholders and building effective teams. Preferred: Significant professional experience in STEM program management, education, or communication; Master's degree or Ph.D.
