Member Recognition Letter

The following form allows ASCN members to request a letter of appreciation for their activities. Members can use these letters to recognize their national contributions to systemic change work to support promotion within their institutions/organizations. The Aligning Incentives with Systemic Change Working Group and the ASCN Hub support this effort.

The form submissions are checked monthly by ASCN staff. To ensure receipt of letters in a timely fashion, please email ascnhighered@gmail.com when submitting the form with the subject line: ASCN Letter of Appreciation Request.

Name specific activities you have participated in through the working group AND outcomes from those activities (e.g. I was a member of a subcommittee to coordinate the webinar titled "Equity and care in departmental teaching evaluations: A Guided Discussion with Maha Bali" which supported over 35 attendees to address inequitable teaching assessment processes in their departments; worked in a subcommittee to revise the mission statement of the working group which lead to more directed focus for the working groups).
