As a faculty development center director, we are in the process of changing the ways of evaluating teaching and the ways that we use those data.

How ASCN Can Contribute to my Work

Many of the practices that need to happen require support and buy-in from the administration or from entire units, rather than individuals. Being connected with a network of institutions that are all moving in the same direction will be helpful with getting that buy-in.

Working with faculty to change their practice, working on institution-level policy and practice.
