My Interest in ASCN: Brad Fenwick

Elsevier

Senior Vice President

Prior Organizational Change Work

I have lead institutional strategic planning on several occasions, ranging from the full institution out of the provost office, as well as as dean, Vice President and Vice Chancellor for research. These included major changes in faculty roles, rewards, and evaluation. As well as, advances in undergraduate degree requirements to include research and service learning.

How ASCN Can Contribute to my Work

Elsevier is interested in identifying, enabling, and supporting current and future best in class STEM education systems. Our data and analytics indicate that changes are necessary. Attending the meeting will provide a deeper understanding of what changes are necessary and which will provide the most benefit.

How I Can Contribute to ASCN

Elsevier in association with our sister company, LexisNexis, has extensive institutional performance data and analytics capabilities to evaluate overall research and educational performance, but also efficiency and effectiveness. We seek to contribute this data and insights to the process of promoting change that will drive performance improvements.
