Add change theories to the new collection

ASCN Working group 1 is currently seeking authors who have used change theory in their own work. We have particular interest in developing summaries about CHAT, 4I framework of organizational learning, Expectancy-Value Theory, Feldman's General Change Model, Systems Theory (Senge, Meadows, or another conceptualization). We have found that writing a summary takes 1-2 hours for someone who has used the theory in their own work. Are you interested in authoring or contributing to a new summary?
