Pre-conference survey: First, please complete this quick, 5-question pre-conference survey.

• Participant Information: Take a look at our Participant Information Page for more information about Pittsburgh, registration, conference maps, and connecting with fellow participants at the conference.
• Check In: The registration table will be open on Wednesday, 4/3, from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Thursday morning starting at 7:30 a.m. The table will be on the first floor near the Admiral Room. (see maps at link above)
• Conference Program: Our full program is available online. There is also a PDF program available for download (at the top of that page), but the online program will be your most up-to-date and detailed resource for the conference.
• You can browse the program by tracks or themes. We want to make sure you take note of the two plenary presentations (Wednesday and Thursday) and the funding panel and discussion sessions (Friday).
• Presenter Guidelines: Guidelines for presenters are posted on the conference site. Follow these links for guidelines for pre-conference workshops, thematic symposia, 25-minute presentations, and poster presentations (scroll down).
• Connect with us on social media: Connect with ASCN and other conference participants by following us on social media (@ascnhighered ( This site may be offline. ) ) or by using the conference hashtag, #ASCNHigherEdTI2019.
• The conference site also has a message board for participant conversations and networking.
