Louis Leblond

I am an Associate Teaching Professor of physics at Penn State University and the Director of Online Education in Physics. I was an early developer of online physics courses at the World Campus of Penn State University with particular expertise in creating hands-on laboratory experience for distant learners.  I am a member of the Center for Excellence in Science Education for our college and the APS-IDEA network (Inclusivity, Diversity, Equity Alliance). I chair a departmental committee with charge to develop a theory of change for our graduate program with particular attention to the experience of typically marginalized groups.
