Inese  is a higher education practitioner and a scholar with over ten years of experience working with complex, multi-stakeholder projects. She is a doctoral candidate in the Higher, Adult and Lifelong Education program at Michigan State University, and received her master’s degree in Evaluation, Measurement and Research from Western Michigan University.
